About this service
These initial terms apply to the private pilot of Concessions, an application for organization setup, concession ordering and fulfillment. The platform operator is the person or organization that provided access to this deployment. Contact that operator through your existing invitation or support channel. These pilot terms are a draft for review before public or commercial release.
Access and accounts
Use the service only with permission and provide accurate account and organization information. You must have authority to act for an organization you register or administer. Verification and setup do not activate an organization: internal approval is required. Keep passwords, authenticator credentials and private order links or access tokens secure. Report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, access another organization without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material or use the service to send unsolicited messages. Do not place passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in order notes or other free-text fields.
Orders and fulfillment
Menus, availability and prices may change. The order confirmation records the accepted items and server-calculated total. Review any price change shown at submission. The operating organization is responsible for its menu information, preparation, pickup and handling of order questions. Ask the organization directly about allergens and dietary needs before ordering. Cancellation is available only when the order state permits it; contact the organization if the application no longer offers cancellation.
Payments and subscriptions
This release supports pay at pickup. An order confirmation is not proof of payment. Payment collection and any refund or dispute must be addressed with the operating organization. Online card payments and terminal processing are not provided by this release. Organization registration or internal approval does not create a paid subscription or establish subscription prices, renewal terms or billing authorization. Any commercial arrangement must be agreed separately.
Your information
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize its processing as needed to provide, secure and administer the service, as explained in the privacy notice. Organization administrators must manage access appropriately and have authority to submit personal information about their staff.
Availability, suspension and closure
The private pilot may change or be interrupted; do not rely on uninterrupted availability for critical operations. Access may be restricted for security, misuse or service administration. Closure or a deletion request does not immediately erase order, audit or other retained records. Contact the operator about outstanding obligations or information requests.
Rights and changes
These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No governing jurisdiction, arbitration requirement or monetary liability cap is established by these pilot terms. Changes will be published as a new dated version; the service records the policy version accepted during registration. Contact the operator if you do not agree with a change before continuing to use the service.
